FLIP, Friends Learning In Pairs, is a volunteer tutoring program sponsored by Senior Citizens Incorporated. Retired senior volunteers work one-on-one with children in kindergarten through fourth grade. Selected students receive assistance in Reading once a week for a twenty to thrity minute period. The FLIP staff monitors the activity of tutors by conducting site-visits at DuPont Elementary.
